About this space

The facility can be used for any market research activities. Our state of the art viewing facility consists of a viewing room and a usability lab (respondent room) with a one way mirror adjoining the two rooms. The facility is fitted with the latest HD recording equipment, is fully sound-proofed and can accommodate a range of different use environments. Both the viewing room and usability lab are fitted with specialized lighting which can be dimmed or brightened to suit your lighting environment needs.

The client room can accommodate up to 4 observers socially distanced. We can provide transcription services if required.

The research room can accommodate up to 12 people socially distanced. You can host focus groups or one to one interviews. The room is fitted with HD cameras and live streaming is also available on request.

If needed, moderation can also be provided.

Host rules

The space should be used for Ethically supported events. The space cannot be used for any music events. The space comes with an event coordinator who will be on-site during the event to assist you with any queries.

The venue is completely versatile for any event such as a meeting, conference center and market research suite.

Pre-COVID19 our space could accommodate more people, however due to social distancing measures the following new attendee numbers have been put in place to keep everyone safe.
