About this space
Madam Lola's is the UK's only artist-led cabaret, built and run by the performers and technicians working at the very top of UK production, from the country's best cabaret rooms to the Brit Awards and international specialist events.
The venue is a landmark 1892 Grade II listed building crowned by a 7.5m copper Indo-Saracenic dome in the heart of Kemptown, Brighton, licensed seven days a week until 2am.
We're the only venue in Brighton with a full aerial rig, high-spec winch and specialist performer flying system, installed by technicians whose credits include The Greatest Showman. Our cocktail team came from The Box in London and brought Babel Brighton to life, and they've built a speciality cocktail list you won't find anywhere else in the city.

Who's behind it
Two of London's leading show directors own and run Madam Lola's and still create for luxury clients worldwide. Their client list includes The Box, Cirque Le Soir, Emerald Theatre, The Steelyard, the Brit Awards and Studio 338.
How hire works
Our wet hire gives you the full room with bar service and our own staff, for corporate evenings, Christmas parties, launches, milestone birthdays and hen parties. If you want a custom-built show, or a private performance of our in-house production, that's what we do best. We work with the leading performers internationally, and we'd put this room up against any show in London.

Full in-house show production available on any booking. We can provide live cabaret shows, individual performers, aerial performance, fire performance, technical rigging services, DJ and music curation. All entertainment and production pricing on request.

Guests under 18 are not allowed after 20:00
Host rules
No smoking inside the venue.
Designated smoking area outside.
No confetti, glitter or loose decorations without prior approval.
No naked flames brought into the venue by guests (all fire performance is managed in house by our certified team).
Any damage to the venue, fixtures, furniture or equipment will be charged to the booking client.
Maximum capacity must not be exceeded: 140 seated, 220 standing.
All guests must vacate by the agreed booking end time.
SIA door security is mandatory on all bookings and provided by the venue.
External security staff are not permitted.
Music volume must comply with our premises licence conditions.
The venue reserves the right to refuse service and to ask guests to leave if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or dangerous.
No external bar service or alcohol may be brought onto the premises.
All drinks must be purchased through our bar.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
