Available for exclusive private hire seven days a week. The venue offers full bar service with dedicated staff, and optional in house live entertainment including aerial performance, burlesque, drag, circus and comedy as bookable bolt ons.
Two hire products available. Wet hire includes the room plus full bar service with a bar minimum on all bookings. Dry hire provides the room only, ideal for conferences, press days, filming, brand activations and photoshoots.
The space seats 140 guests or holds 220 standing, with intimate booth seating, a full production stage, professional lighting and sound, and a fully equipped bar. The building photographs itself and has been used for cabaret and live entertainment for over a decade.
Perfect for hen parties, corporate events, Christmas parties, milestone birthdays, engagement celebrations, award ceremonies, product launches, team away days, filming and editorial shoots.
Prices
Monday to Thursday: £4,500 room hire + £3,000 bar minimum = £7,500 total
Friday: £6,600 room hire + £3,000 bar minimum = £9,600 total
Saturday: £9,600 room hire + £3,000 bar minimum = £12,600 total
Sunday: £3,900 room hire + £3,000 bar minimum = £6,900 total
Evening hire includes exclusive use of the full venue, dedicated bar team, booth seating, full production stage, professional lighting rig and PA system. Minimum 3 hour booking.
DAYTIME DRY HIRE (all prices inc VAT)
Available 11:00 to 17:00 any day. Room only, no bar service. From £300/hour (Mon to Thu and Sun), £360/hour (Fri), £420/hour (Sat). Ideal for filming, photoshoots, press days, brand activations, conferences and rehearsals.
ENTERTAINMENT AND PRODUCTION SERVICES
Full in house show production available on any booking. We can provide live cabaret shows, individual performers, aerial performance, fire performance, technical rigging services, DJ and music curation. All entertainment and production pricing on request.

Host rules
No smoking inside the venue.
Designated smoking area outside.
No confetti, glitter or loose decorations without prior approval.
No naked flames brought into the venue by guests (all fire performance is managed in house by our certified team).
Any damage to the venue, fixtures, furniture or equipment will be charged to the booking client.
Maximum capacity must not be exceeded: 140 seated, 220 standing.
All guests must vacate by the agreed booking end time.
SIA door security is mandatory on all bookings and provided by the venue.
External security staff are not permitted.
Music volume must comply with our premises licence conditions.
The venue reserves the right to refuse service and to ask guests to leave if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or dangerous.
No external bar service or alcohol may be brought onto the premises.
All drinks must be purchased through our bar.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
