We’re a small family from Sicily who made Beeston our home a few years ago, and Compà is really just an extension of our kitchen table back home. Everything we cook comes from the recipes we grew up with – the ones our parents and grandparents taught us - we do our best to keep them exactly as they were. No shortcuts, just honest Sicilian food made with care.
