The facility not only includes modern LED walls, sound and lighting of the highest quality but also has flexible setups that can cater to different types of activities such as standing receptions, seated, screenings, or live performances. A room with a capacity of 240 guests can be utilized for corporate nights, festival events, product launches, and private buyouts.

Private hire only – the venue is available for exclusive use during the agreed hire period.
• Hire duration – standard hire is up to 4 hours. Extended hire is available by prior agreement and subject to additional costs.
• Minimum spend & hire fee – apply as agreed at time of booking and must be met through drinks, food, or agreed event services.
• Licensed venue – alcohol is provided by the venue only. No outside alcohol permitted.
• Catering – catering can be arranged through the venue or approved partners. Outside catering is by prior agreement only.
• Music & AV – in-house sound, lighting, and visual systems are available. External production teams are welcome by arrangement.
• Capacity limits – guest numbers must not exceed agreed capacity for the hired space.
• Damage & breakages – the booking party is responsible for any damage caused during the event.
• Setup & breakdown – access times for setup and breakdown will be agreed in advance.
• Noise & neighbours – events must comply with local licensing and sound regulations.
• Payment terms – a deposit may be required to secure the booking, with final balances due prior to the event.
• Cancellations – cancellation terms apply and will be confirmed at time of booking.
