Perched on the 10th floor, our studio offers stunning city views from every window, complemented by an ocean vista visible from the north-facing window. Featuring industrial-style elements such as exposed concrete floors and arched windows, our space spans 700 square feet, providing ample room for creative exploration.

There is a garbage can in the hallway, please place all garbage in bags and leave by door upon departure.
Leave space as you found it, meaning move any furniture back if you have rearranged it.

About Bright Gastown Studio
Beautiful East Facing studio in historic Gastown. East facing means direct morning light and beautiful ambient light into the afternoon. A white togo couch was just placed in the studio, absolutely no body paint, makeup or shoes on the couch.
The space is equipped with a round marble table and two chairs, a togo couch, plants and a few accent pieces. Purposely keeping the space minimal, but with enough items to create a cozy vibe or keep it simplistic. There are prop shelves in the studio you are welcome to utilize as well as seamless paper($), stands, and vflat.
Day rate available (8hrs), message for custom quote. Shared bathroom on floor, not private. Note there is no overhead lighting, but a hanging lamp. If you need additional ambient lighting please let me know in advance. Applicable taxes will apply and be added at payment.
