Room features: The room provides AV support through a projector and screen and includes a flipchart; air conditioning maintains comfort and the space is designated quiet for focused work.

- All catering must come from one of our exclusive caterers: Marigolds and Onions, Toben Food by Design, or Daniel et Daniel. Outside beverages such as coffee and tea are permitted.
- The Robinette Room is accessible by stairs only. 15 steps, followed by a split-level landing. Please ring the front doorbell of the museum to enter, and the front desk staff will receive you. There is limited parking at the back of the museum, accessed by making a turn off Queen St, north up Simcoe St.
- Please note that the historic furniture depicted is removed for all private events to ensure its safety.
