- No smoking or vaping in the building
- Outside catering is allowed, with restrictions.
- Alcohol is permitted only if you hire a catering company with a Caterer's Endorsement Liquor License (Special Occasion Permits are NOT permitted).
- No confetti or extremely messy features without prior approval (we need to make sure there is time between bookings for restoration purposes and a Restoration Fee will be added to your bill).
