- We always recommend rescheduling your booking as it incurs lower charges. However, if you choose to cancel your booking up to 15 days before the departure date, you will receive a full refund minus a 30% merchant and administration fee. This charge is not based on 30% of the deposit paid, but rather 30% of the total invoice amount.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of the booking date are non-refundable, and the full amount is due.
