Minimum Food & Beverage Spend
In order to staff, prepare and execute your event successfully, we require a minimum spend for large party reservations and private events in lieu of a room/rental fee. All minimum spends are calculated based on the average guest spend, time, space and date of the event and do not include a service fee (20%) and applicable taxes (13%). The minimum spend is met through food and beverage purchases made within the agreed seating time. If the minimum spend requirement is not met, the difference will appear on your final bill as a minimum spend offset fee.

Confirmation
Due to the high volume of event requests, we are unable to hold any space for functions until we have received a fully completed and signed Private Event Agreement and confirmed with you that the event has been booked.

Smoking/Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited at the event venue and within 9 meters of the venue's entrances, exits, and outdoor areas. This includes all forms of smoking and vaping devices, such as cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and any other similar devices.

All attendees, participants, staff, and vendors must comply with the no smoking and vaping policy set forth in this contract. Grizzly Bar reserves the right to enforce the no smoking and vaping policy. Any individual found to be violating this policy may be asked to leave the event premises immediately without any refund or compensation
