• No smoking or vaping inside or by the front door.
• As per Toronto regulations, music must be turned down by 2 am, and everyone must leave by 3am.
• Please be respectful of the space and try to return it in the same manner received.
• If any furniture is moved, please return to the original location.
• No sparks or flammable objects.
• Check at 7 pm - please avoid entering into the premises early unless otherwise approved.
• Hosts, assistants, and contractors may be present on-site for facility maintenance, security, or snow removal services throughout the winter season.

This venue features a large open-concept loft-like space with a built-in bar kitchen/service space designed for workshops, wedding celebrations, birthdays, product launch events, meet-ups, or selected social gatherings.
We have a fleet of exotic cars that can be displayed as part of the experience for an additional fee. Whether it's a single-day or an extended shoot, we are here and ready to help.
