The sound recording studio is a professional state-of-the-art facility ideal for professional producers and audio engineers. Design by internationally renowned studio designer, Martin Pilchner, the 202 square foot live room is ideal for tracking vocals and live instruments. The control room is built around an SSL XL-desk analog mixing console and a pair of barefoot footprint 1 nearfield speakers, with microphones such as the Neuman U87, Neve 1073 preamps, and an ultra-flexible patch bay interconnecting all studios—musicians and audio professionals will feel at home.

Please note that for any events with alcohol services, you must offer your guest light meals via a licensed caterer for the full duration of the alcohol service. Offerings will need to be of substance and of multiple food groups in order to comply with liquor laws.
A 15% landmark fee applies to food and labour services provided by a Preferred Caterer or 20% in case of non-preferred caterers. The landmark fee will be included in your catering Invoice and remitted to the venue. Landmark fees do not apply to food below $150
