The Graffiti room is inspirational heaven. This room features professional graffiti throughout the space which is sure to stimulate your mind. With its bright yellow, white, and black colors throughout, it is sure to pop for any shoot.
The room also features all-natural lighting coming in the window. The Graffiti Room walls are filled with inspirational words, images, quotes, cultural references, and tributes including a very special shout-out to one of the game's greatest, Kobe Bryant.
In addition, The Graffiti Room also features a staircase to further its versatility in creating content that is sure to go viral. This room is perfect to cater to any photoshoots, videos, dances, and any other creative initiatives.

Please note that our staff will be visiting your room 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking and if the room is untidy you will be asked to stop the photoshoot and return the room to its original state.
We appreciate your cooperation in observing these rules. We ask that everyone respect the space and leave the rooms clean and tidy in order to avoid additional cleaning fees.
During check-in, you will be asked to provide your ID and our staff will return it to you at the end of your booking.
Our reception staff will visit the room 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking to inspect the state of the room and ensure that the room is left in its original condition. If your belongings are scattered all over the room and furniture is moved around the room, you will be asked to stop the photoshoot and clean up the room.
If there are any damages to the floor/furniture/equipment, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damage. If the room is left untidy, you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. If you notice a damaged item prior to your photo shoot, please let us know immediately.
If the number of attendants exceeds maximum capacity, please contact us to directly book your studio space. If you exceed capacity without pre-approval from our team, there will be extra charges of $20 per person, or extra members of your party will be asked to leave the studio premises and wait outside.
All garbage brought into the studio room must be cleaned and put into garbage bins inside the studio space or brought to the front garbage bin after your shoot is completed. If there is garbage left behind, you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
No pets can be brought into the studios without prior approval. Please contact us to arrange a pet shoot prior to booking.
The make-up station is located in our hallway and can be booked prior to the start of your booking at $20 per hour per make-up chair.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

All rooms are designed with ample all-natural window lighting and equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
We offer over 3000 sq feet to host your intimate events and corporate functions.
We are in receipt of the Hollywood Grade Make-Up Station.
