* All photography, filming, or media productions require proper permits and licenses.
* Proof of production insurance, including liability coverage, must be provided before rental.
* All production activities must be disclosed and approved in writing by the property owner/manager.
* Crew size, cast, and equipment limits must be agreed in advance and followed on the day.
* Filming of unlawful or prohibited material is not allowed.
* Any alterations, props, or temporary setups must be removed, and the space restored immediately after use.
* Noise must comply with local regulations and not disturb neighbors.
* All crew must follow fire, safety, and building regulations at all times.
