Features: The lounge includes on-site Wi‑Fi and air conditioning, along with large windows that supply natural daylight. The room contains movable dining tables and modular sofas and permits own music or an external DJ. The space offers a direct laptop connection to an AV closet for on-screen content; wireless casting is available but should be tested in advance.

The Client agrees to follow M World Club etiquette in regards to behaviour, noise levels and consumption of alcohol. Vapours and/or smoking is not permitted inside of M World Club and is subject to designated smoking areas on the premises managed and operated exclusively by M World Club. Consumption of any illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and is considered grounds for immediate termination of the event.
The Client agrees that all guests must enter and exit through the front doors ONLY. No side door access will be used throughout the duration of the event. Additionally, the Client agrees not to prop any entrance or controlled access point open in any way.
The Client agrees to keep the space tidy at all times, returning all furniture to its original state upon the conclude of the event.
The Client agrees to remove all personal food items from the fridge/freezer at the conclude of the event and to dispose of all garbage externally. Items left behind will be disregarded without notice.
Client agrees that they will inform their guests about accessibility at M World Club and that no elevator is available. The Client must also notify all vendors of the lack of elevator access to ensure there is adequate assistance and that they are adequately prepared.
Clients desiring to have alcohol are their events agree to obtain short-term temporary liquor insurance for liability purposes.
