Host rules
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We are a better fit for non-smokers.
• No shoes to be worn inside to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.
• No pets.
• Productions must provide proof of insurance prior to the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Setup and tear-down must be completed within the reserved time. Overtime may be billed at an additional rate.
• Furniture and fixtures may be moved with prior approval but must be returned to their original placement.
• Kitchens, storage rooms, and staff-only areas are off-limits unless pre-approved for filming.
• The total number of cast and crew must be disclosed at booking. Additional people on-site without prior approval may result in extra fees.
• Productions must keep noise levels reasonable and respect neighbouring businesses and residents.
• The space must be left in the same condition it was found. All garbage and recycling must be removed by the production team.
• Any damages to the property, furniture, or equipment will be the responsibility of the production company.
• Smoking and open flames are not permitted indoors at any time.
• We expect all productions to treat the property, staff, and surrounding area with care and professionalism.
