Please ensure your booking includes enough time for both setup and cleanup. Additional time used outside your reserved hours may incur extra charges.

Leave the space as you found it. All furniture and equipment should be returned to their original positions unless otherwise arranged.

Noise levels must be kept respectful of other tenants and businesses in the building. No loud music or amplified sound without prior approval.

No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the building, including the event space.

Alcohol is not permitted.

Decorations are welcome, but please avoid any items that damage walls, floors, or ceilings. Use only non-damaging adhesives like painter’s tape.

Outside food and catering are allowed, but the space must be left clean and free of trash. Garbage must be disposed of in the designated bins provided.

No open flames, candles, or incense are allowed due to fire safety regulations.

The use of AV equipment or special setup requests must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

All attendees must remain within the designated event space and not enter private offices or common areas reserved for members unless permitted.

The booking party is responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damages caused during the event.

Any emergencies, spills, or damages should be reported to the Prima Spaces team immediately.
