About this space

A rectangular meeting room finished in neutral tones, fitted carpet and paneled walls that reduce visual distraction. The space is evenly lit by recessed ceiling and cove lighting and furnished with movable tables and stacking chairs to allow layout changes.

Room features: A ceiling-mounted projector and a flatscreen TV provide two display options, and a PA system supplies amplified audio when required. A whiteboard and a flipchart are provided for facilitator use, and the room has air conditioning.

Best for: Instructor-led training sessions, facilitated workshops and structured meetings that require both audio-visual support and analogue facilitation tools.
