Host rules
- A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the room hire is required at the time of booking.
- Final guest numbers and menu choices must be finalised no later than two weeks prior to the event.
- Souths Leagues Club reserves the right to charge the client for the cost of professional cleaning associated with a guest who vomits or otherwise soils or contaminates the Venue premises.
- External food and beverages are not to be brought in or consumed onsite for the duration of the event (with the exclusion of celebration cakes) unless agreed to prior to the event.
- No catering served at Souths Leagues Club can be taken offsite by the client after the event, with the exclusion of celebration cakes.
- When the bar is required to be open, security will be on-site and charged to the client.
