• Punctuality & Timing: Your hire time starts when you enter the studio (bump in) and ends when you leave (bump out). This timeframe is based on your actual hours booked, regardless of whether you or your participants arrive late. Please factor setup and pack-down into your booking window.
• On-Site Support: A dedicated Studio Manager will remain on-site in the private office for the duration of the booking to manage building/parking access, provide logistics assistance, and ensure smooth operation while respecting your class's privacy.
• Off-Limits Areas: Studio hire includes full use of the main open floor, lounge, dressing room, and kitchen. Access is strictly excluded from the private office and the storeroom.
• Conduct: The Hirer is entirely responsible for the conduct, safety, and behavior of all their guests, students, and participants while on the premises.
• Care of Equipment & Fixtures: Any damage caused to the studio walls, glass partitions, building, or fixtures must be reported promptly to the Studio Manager. The Hirer will be held liable for any repair costs.
• Free-Standing Mirror: Please note that the large free-standing mirror on the main studio floor is both fragile and unstable when moved. For safety reasons and to avoid costly damage, this mirror must not be moved under any circumstances without the explicit assistance of the Studio Manager.
• Furniture Layout: Lounges and coffee tables must remain in their designated positions near the breakout area and should not be repositioned.
• Cleaning & Waste: The studio is to be left in the same clean condition as it was found. All garbage and waste generated during the session must be placed in the designated bins or removed upon bump out.
