The space next to FLOE's 3 Studios is perfect for a 20 person networking breakfast, staff get-together or team bonding session. There is a hair and makeup station, bathroom and shower, kitchen area, meeting area, workout area and casual lounge area.

We have had small businesses host masterclasses and networking breakfasts from this space, along with Christmas team lunches. The space has an inner-city vibe. It is clean, versatile, has WIFI, parking and easy access. Popular eateries are just minutes up the road and the CBD and airport are less than 10 minutes away. Perfect for whatever intimate event you can dream up.
