Host rules
- No smoking in the building.
- If you cancel more than 21 clear days before the booking date, then the cancellation fee you must pay is 10% of the total anticipated room hire fee and catering charges; for cancellation inside that period, you must pay the whole of the room hire fee and 50% of the anticipated catering charges.
