About this space
Cockle Bay Yacht Club has indoor booths, and outdoor seating in the sun, to host those Sunday brunch parties or any outdoor party that wants both the indoor setting with the outside atmosphere. This space, not only has pier-level access, but also has its kitchen, bar, booth-style seating, and plasma screens, and has a license for both DJ and outside bands.
This is a great space for pop-ups, and parties for kids as we are right next to the aquarium and opposite the maritime museum. We can accommodate all events – you name it, we’ve hosted it! Our events team is highly experienced in all kinds of events and loves what they do.

Loved how flexible and easy Belinda was to works with. No request was too difficult and Belinda made organising a last minute Christmas Party much easier than it should be.

Nothing to do with Belinda! Just on the night, the queues at the bar for drinks was really long at times. Feedback from our patrons mostly focused on wait times.

It is the perfect location to sit and enjoy the sunshine over a few drinks, snacks, lunch, or dinner and watch the boats cruise by. We are open to all guests but please feel free to sign up for our free membership when you arrive. We are a family-friendly venue with high chairs and a changing table available. Wanting to bring your beloved pooch on an outing? We are dog-friendly at CBYC. Just ensure you keep your furry friend on a lead and by your side at all times.
