The Private Podcast Studio by Content Maison is a premium podcast and content production room in Sydney for 1 to 4 guests. It is ideal for video podcasts, interviews, solo episodes, personal brand content, business content, reels, TikToks and social media filming.
The studio can be used for simple room hire or full content sessions with production support. Where possible, we can also customise the furniture layout, styling and background elements to suit your brand, guest format or visual direction, so every creator does not have to look like they are filming in the same standard set.

Prices
In addition to hourly bookings, we offer membership plans for ongoing use, ideal for weekly sessions such as podcast recording, content creation, or small wellness classes. Members benefit from preferential pricing and priority access to the space.

Host rules
The space is designed for podcast recording, content creation, and small group sessions. Please respect the studio and surrounding environment at all times.
• No smoking or vaping inside the building
• No parties or large gatherings
• Maximum capacity must be respected (2 to 4 guests unless agreed prior)
• Please keep noise to a reasonable level at all times
• Loud music or disruptive behaviour is not permitted
• The space must be returned in the same condition as found
• Food and drinks are allowed, but must be handled carefully
• No alcohol permitted without prior approval
• No moving heavy furniture without permission
• Any equipment provided must be used correctly and handled with care
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their booking
• External equipment is allowed, but must not damage walls, floors, or furniture
• Please allow time within your booking for setup and pack down
• Access is only permitted during your booked time
