Rules of the space

Host rules

1. Use of Premises
The studio must be used solely for the purpose agreed upon at the time of booking. The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all participants during the hire period and must ensure noise levels remain reasonable at all times.
The studio reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement immediately if these terms and conditions are breached.
2. Footwear & Prohibited Items
No tap shoes permitted.
No flamenco shoes permitted.
No bare feet permitted.
Appropriate dance footwear must be worn at all times.
No alcohol permitted.
No smoking inside the premises.
No vaping inside the premises.
3. Damage & Care of Studio
The hirer is responsible for maintaining the condition of the studio during the booking period.
Any damage to:
The studio space
Studio floor
Mirrors
Sound system
Equipment
must be reported immediately and will result in additional charges.
The studio must be left clean and tidy. If the space is left in an unsatisfactory condition, a cleaning fee will apply.
4. Liability & Insurance
The hirer must hold valid public liability insurance covering all activities conducted within the studio. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.
Dance With Me Sydney is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by the hirer, participants, or third parties during the hire period.
5. Health & Safety
The hirer is responsible for ensuring all activities comply with current health and safety regulations.
Any accidents or incidents must be reported to studio management immediately.
6. Indemnity
The hirer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dance With Me Sydney from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the hirer’s use of the studio.
7. Booking & Cancellation
All bookings must be paid in advance, confirmed in writing, and are subject to availability.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will incur a 100% charge.
