About this space
The conference room can be configured to various table and seating layouts. This space is ideal for meetings, training sessions, seminars, cocktail and working dinners, and product launches for groups of up to 80 delegates.
We provide AV equipment and Wi-Fi. The room is also connected to an outdoor terrace, perfect for breakouts.
Prices
• A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your event date unless otherwise confirmed by Quest Event Management.
• Total payment is required 7 working days prior to event day (unless other arrangements have been made with Quest Robina). Credit card: Payment will be processed on the credit card provided on the booking form, unless otherwise advised prior. Payments processed via credit card will incur a transaction fee.
• Direct deposit: A pro-forma invoice will be sent seven (7) business days prior to the event. Proof of payment by way of remittance will be required by event day. If you anticipate issues in meeting payment deadline, please advise our events team immediately.
• Bookings must be confirmed by submitting the Booking Form within seven (7) days of a tentative reservation. If not received, Quest Robina reserves the right to cancel the booking. A valid credit card is required for confirmation.
• Guaranteed minimum guest numbers must be provided no later than seven (7) business days prior to the event. Charges will be based on the guaranteed number or, if not received, the expected attendance listed on the booking form
• Events must commence and conclude at the agreed times. Additional costs may apply if the event exceeds the scheduled finish time and impacts subsequent bookings.
• If a Force Majeure event prevents the event proceeding, either party may terminate the agreement and all payments will be refunded.

Host rules
• No items may be nailed, screwed, stapled or taped to any surface. Signage in public areas must be approved by Quest Robina.
• The client is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests or contractors.
• All deliveries must be pre-arranged. Items may be accepted and stored up to five (5) business days prior to the event if correctly labelled.
• Quest Robina accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to client property. Clients must arrange their own insurance and remove all items after the event.
• Quest Robina complies with RSA legislation and reserves the right to refuse service. Zero tolerance applies to intoxicated, aggressive behaviour or illegal substances, which will be reported to Police.
• Lost items will be held for up to three (3) months and returned at the client’s expense.
• Clients must comply with all laws, property rules and regulations.
• These terms, together with the Event Order, constitute the entire agreement. Amendments must be agreed in writing. Acceptance of these terms confirms the client has informed all relevant parties involved in the event.
