Our Multipurpose Room in Wanneroo is a private, quiet and versatile empty space ideally suited to ongoing or permanent rental for practitioners seeking a consistent and professional base. With a clean, neutral layout, the room is perfect for counsellors, psychologists, coaches, social workers, doulas and other one-to-one practitioners who prefer to bring and maintain their own setup. It is also suitable as a small dress-hire fitting room, podcast or recording space, content-creation room, or private consultation room for small businesses.

The room includes air-conditioning, soft overhead lighting, ground-floor access, nearby bathrooms, Wi-Fi and access to a kitchenette. Clients are welcomed via a calm, comfortable reception area, creating a professional and supportive first impression. Located within the In Memory of You Hub, the environment is warm, quiet and community-focused, offering both privacy and comfort.

While long-term or permanent hire is preferred, the room is also available for weekly, hourly, half-day or full-day hire by arrangement, providing flexibility where needed.
