General Use
Venue hire includes access to designated indoor and alfresco garden spaces.
Maximum capacity: 80 guests.
All bookings must be confirmed in writing with deposit paid prior to the event.
Food & Beverage
All food and drinks must be purchased through Hello Harry.
Outside catering and BYO alcohol are not permitted.
Specialty platters and catering requests must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
Entertainment & Noise
Live music and specialty acts are welcome, but volume must comply with City of Subiaco noise regulations.
Hirers are responsible for providing their own equipment unless agreed otherwise.
Events must conclude by licensed trading hours.
Damage & Cleaning
Hirers are responsible for any damage caused during their event.
A cleaning fee may apply if excessive mess is left behind.
Payments & Cancellations
Full payment required prior to event date.
Cancellations less than 7 days before the event may result in loss of deposit.
