About this space
The hall has a capacity of 150–200 people, depending on the seating arrangements. Inside, there are approximately 150 chairs and 7 couches. The hall itself measures 19 meters long by 12 meters wide. Limited rear access is available from Eastment Street.
In the equipment room, you'll find 7 circular trestle tables and 14 large rectangular tables, along with a basic PA system, a sound board, 11 standard lamps, 7 x rugs, and 2 x candelabra. There are also 12 staging units, each measuring 2 metres x 1 metre x 20cm (high).
The kitchen area includes a kettle, mugs, a sandwich press, a refrigerator/small freezer, a stove, a 90 cm commercial oven, 3 x microwaves, a sink, a dishwasher, and all necessary crockery and cutlery. Additionally, urns are provided.

Equipment and Cleaning Charges:
Spaces must be left in a satisfactory condition as determined by the Mission and Ministry Enabler or Groundskeeper. A surcharge of $50 will apply for incorrectly stored equipment and $100 for additional cleaning if required.

Zero Waste Policy:
As a zero waste site, all rubbish and recycling must be removed by you. A penalty of $100 will apply for any refuse disposed of on site.
Equipment Storage:
Equipment storage on site is not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made through a written addendum to this contract.
NUC Partners' Volunteer Requirement:
NUC Partners who are community groups (as identified prior) are expected to volunteer two people for the quarterly working bee, in addition to receiving a reduced rate.
Lost Key Penalty:
A $150 penalty will be charged if a key is lost. If a Master Key is lost, your organization will be responsible for the cost of rekeying the entire site.
NUC Partners' Billing:
NUC Partners will be billed quarterly or for a school term at a time if meetings do not occur during holidays. Invoices will be sent for the entire school term. If you miss a session (due to public holidays or sickness), you may arrange a mutually agreeable make-up time.
Premises Vacating for Special Events:
NUC Partners may be required to vacate the booked premises for special Church events or week-long festivals, as prearranged at the discretion of the Mission and Ministry Enabler and with written approval from the signatory to this contract.
Final Note:
Each group is responsible for setting up and packing down the space and must leave the area in better condition than it was upon arrival.
