Welcome to Night Owl Studio – where rule-breakers, rebels, and unforgettable celebrations come to play.
We’re not your typical wedding or event venue – and we mean that in the best way possible. Our blank-canvas warehouse space is here to help you throw the kind of event people talk about for years.
Moody velvet curtains. Polished concrete floors. A glowing neon wall with exclusive lounge seating. Night Owl Studio is where rebellious romance meets rock ’n’ roll energy — and every event gets to write its own rules.
Weddings, parties, engagements, hens, birthdays, kids parties, gigs, pop-ups, and everything in between — if it’s bold, we’re in. Bring in your favourite food trucks, private chefs or grazing feasts. Pair it with curated cocktails from our bar, full use of the space, a giant screen, and no one else around but your crew.

- No smoking or vaping in the building.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- No 18th birthday parties, raves or underground events.
- 21st Birthday parties must use our bar with bar staff and minimum spend. $500.00 bond also applies.

About Night Owl Studio
Welcome! We are happy to have you here!! We are Matt and Chiara, the duo behind Night Owl Event Space.
We are long-term veterans in the wedding and events industry in Perth with 33 years of combined experience under our belts!
Having owned and operated Event Management and Hire companies from 2006 - 2020 - we pride ourselves on being innovators and trendsetters rather than following them.
Seeing and experiencing events from all angles provides us with a unique set of skills between us to provide you with the best venue experience for your kick-ass event! No stone is left unturned and we will work with you as a team to ensure it's all smooth sailing!
Night Owl Studio is the playground for your wildest event dreams. We are not your average venue! Private events, live music, theatre, film and so much more collide here and we can't wait to have you!
We have a capacity of 100, we have a bar onsite with a great range of drinks and bar snacks or you have the option to BYO.
Some furniture is provided, stage, screen, lighting are optional extras!
We host engagement parties, weddings, birthdays, bat and bar mitzvah's, live music and theatre shows, workshops... the list is endless!
