If you need extra time and no one is booked after you, please extend via the system or check with staff.
Leave It as You Found It
Clean up after your meeting – remove all rubbish, wipe down tables, and return chairs to their original position.
If you’ve used the whiteboard, please erase all markings before you leave.
Be Considerate of Noise
Keep voices at a respectful level, especially if doors are open or if you're using speakerphones or video calls.
Close the door during meetings for privacy and to avoid disrupting others.
No Unauthorised Use
Meeting rooms are for booked use only. Please don’t use them as casual workspaces without a reservation.
Tech Setup
If using the screen or AV equipment, please ensure you leave everything switched off and properly disconnected.
Report any technical issues to reception so we can address them promptly.
Catering & Food
Light refreshments are welcome, but please avoid strong-smelling food.
Dispose of all rubbish and clean any spills immediately.
