The whole floor provides a broad, open-plan conference environment with high ceilings and patterned carpet. Large side windows and clerestory glazing supply abundant natural light while recessed ceiling lighting ensures even artificial illumination.

Room features: An integrated PA system and a flatscreen TV supply amplified audio and secondary display options. Flipcharts and a whiteboard are supplied for on-the-spot notes, and air conditioning maintains a controlled temperature.
