I recently stayed at Ovolo Laneways for my small business’ first birthday celebration, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The girls at reception were so helpful – they even assisted me with carrying all the decorations and food upstairs on the day. They were incredibly accommodating and made me feel so welcome throughout my stay. Their support made such a difference on such an important milestone for my business, and I’m so grateful!
The only downside was that the spa wasn’t working during our stay, which was a little disappointing. That said, we still thoroughly enjoyed the venue and everything else it had to offer!

Nothing to dislike Would have liked an oven/toaster but nice place regardless Hot tub was nice but water wasn't particularly getting hot

Such amazing and friendly staff. The penthouse is even better than the pictures. I had the best time!
Some issues with the jacuzzi towards the end of the night which meant we had to turn it off - but staff were so great about helping!
