About this space

Located in the newly expanded and refurbished Space&Co, 530 Collins Street, our meeting rooms are designed to meet all your professional needs.

Each room is equipped with high-definition screens that can be connected either wirelessly or via USB-C/HDMI connections for seamless presentations.

In our larger meeting spaces, you'll find high-definition cameras and built-in microphone/speaker hubs. These setups are fully compatible with popular video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Skype, and Microsoft Teams, allowing you to easily connect with your own devices.

Our onsite team is available for all bookings, trained to assist with connections and troubleshooting. Additionally, our AV system is designed to be 'plug-and-play' for your convenience.

For privacy, most meeting rooms feature privacy screens, curtains, or frosted windows. If absolute confidentiality is required, please contact us directly to ensure we provide the most suitable room for your needs.

Your booking includes access to high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen and tea/coffee facilities, as well as communal breakout spaces. Filtered still water is provided for all bookings.

Meeting rooms are available for booking Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. For inquiries regarding multi-day, multi-room, out-of-hours, or media/film location bookings, please email us at 530collins@gpt.com.au.
