Fantastic service, Barbara was on top of all the food arrangements for the whole night. Very easy to communicate with. Very satisfied with how smoothly the evening ran! It was so great to have them provide such a lovely space for a memorable evening!

Staff were incredibly helpful and accomodating, attentive and worked around our running times for the hens party and entertainment. Excellent when serving drinks and food. Really pleased with service overall and staff were very friendly. Value for money was fantastic, the food was great and dietary requests catered for. Drink cards purchased were excellent value.

Only slight inconvenience was the toilet was downstairs and a bit of a distance from the space, and no ability to use speakers in our room for the entertainment. These aren’t huge issues at all, just slight things to be aware of.

FAQ

Yes, guests can arrive early to set up decorations. Nothing may be stuck to the walls, and glitter or confetti are not permitted. Freestanding balloons and table decorations are allowed.

The Emerald Room has one long table, so it is more boardroom-style than suitable for standing space.
