Overall very good Room with good light, good size for 15. Non-invasive but very positive and reliable service throughout the day. FOH staff friendly and nothing an issue. Catering was excellent. Apartment very comfortable. Access allowed to meeting room night before to get head around, which was appreciated however proved to be VERY necessary - see below
Upon checking room the night before (thank goodness) with 3 different staff called in to try and resolve, the projector would not work. Systems would not connect to standard HP Spectre laptop. (which had connected in 3 other presentations that week interstate no fuss) Correct attachment not available. Changed to TV and used hotel laptop meaning docs had to be moved from Cloud and Dropbox to usb's hard drives etc. Doable, but shouldn't happen at a Quest! As 60% were fly in fly out, a delay on the day would have been major issue for flyers (and I would have been a very unhappy boss). So strongly recommend anyone booking has everything tech, tested the night before.
