A flexible and intimate creative space in Yarraville, suitable for small productions, photoshoots, workshops, rehearsals, events and private gatherings of up to 25 people. 10 Chairs on site
Large double load-in doors provide easy access for equipment and open directly onto an outdoor area with room to set up a gazebo. The studio features professional lighting, theatre-grade soundproof curtains, bathroom and change-room facilities, and a mix of carpeted and polished concrete areas.
Located approximately 15 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, with plenty of free all-day parking nearby. Accommodation rooms may also be available upon request.
The space can be adapted to suit a range of layouts and creative uses while remaining private, comfortable and easy to manage.
Prices
As the space is highly flexible, final pricing depends on the length and type of booking, number of attendees, preparation required, equipment and lighting needs, custom room setup, pack-down and the proposed use of the space.

• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• Guests must remain within the booked areas of the property.
• The space must be left reasonably tidy, with rubbish placed in the provided bins.
• Excessive cleaning, rubbish removal or damage may result in an additional charge.
• Furniture and equipment may only be moved with prior approval and must be returned to their original positions.
• No attaching items to walls, curtains or equipment without approval.
• Food and alcohol must be approved before the booking.
• Noise must be kept to a reasonable level, particularly when using the outdoor area.
• The number of attendees must not exceed the number agreed upon when booking.
• Setup and pack-down must take place within the booked hire period.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Any damage or equipment faults must be reported immediately.
