Our Collins Street studio is a purpose-built video podcast and content studio designed for consistent, broadcast-quality output. Every element of the space has been designed around reliability, flexibility, and repeatable results, so clients can focus on the conversation while we handle the technical detail.
We record using a multi-camera cinema setup, allowing for clean, flattering coverage across hosts and guests, with flexibility for both long-form interviews and short-form social content. Our camera system is paired with professional lighting designed specifically for on-camera conversations, creating a polished, natural look that holds up across YouTube, podcast video platforms, and social channels.
Audio is treated with the same level of care. We use broadcast-standard microphones and controlled signal chains to provide clear, warm vocal recordings with minimal room noise. The studio is acoustically treated to reduce echo and environmental interference, and every session is actively engineered by an experienced producer to maintain consistent levels, clarity, and tone during the recording.
Following each session, clients receive prompt delivery of their assets, including synced video files, isolated audio tracks, and a director’s cut where required. Our file delivery and naming conventions are designed to slot seamlessly into editing workflows, whether handled by our team or an external editor.
We hold high expectations for both output and experience. 1. Services
1.1 Provision of Services
SESSION in PROGRESS will deliver the Services and the recorded Content to the Client in accordance with this Agreement.
1.2 Delivery Time
Any delivery time for the Content provided by SESSION in PROGRESS is an estimate only. SESSION in PROGRESS does not guarantee this delivery time and is not liable for any delays in the delivery of the Recorded and Filmed Content.
1.3 Content Review Period
The Client has 4 days from the delivery of the Content to report any errors or issues with the provided Content that were not apparent during the recording. If the Client does not notify SESSION in PROGRESS within this period, the Content will be considered accepted.
1.4 Request for Assistance
If the Client requires assistance with issues related to the provided Content, they must outline the reasons in writing to SESSION in PROGRESS.
1.5 Content Posting Responsibility
SESSION in PROGRESS is not responsible for posting any Content on any Platform. The Client is responsible for uploading and posting Content unless otherwise specified in the Proposal.
1.6 Non-Exclusive Services
The Client acknowledges that the Services provided are non-exclusive, and SESSION in PROGRESS may offer similar services to other third parties.
1.7 Use of Completed Works
The Client agrees that SESSION in PROGRESS may use completed works and photos for promotional purposes, including website portfolios and social media, without additional consent. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions it is understood that it is your responsibility to pass this information onto guests, hosts or anyone in the studio for the recording.
Responsibility for Damages
(a) The Client is responsible for any damages to studio equipment, furniture, or property owned by SESSION in PROGRESS during their booking.
(b) The Client agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged items, as determined by SESSION in PROGRESS.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
Video Podcast Studio Melbourne CBD is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
