FAQ
How do I book?
To book your event, send us an email with your chosen date, time of the event, and number of guests. Our event coordinators will lock in finer details with you. We'll then ask you for a signed contract with no deposit needed.

Where can I park?
To unload for your event, we have a laneway next to The Astor. From there you can access the venue from the ramp at the front of the bar doors. For guests, there are lots of street parking options nearby.

Minimum Spend?
A minimum spend of $700 is required to book this space. This spend will be used for venue hire, staffing, and catering.

How long can my event run for?
The Overlook is available for bookings between 10:00am and 12:00am. Your venue hire entitles you to 4 hours.
Extended hours can be requested, please contact our Events team.

Can I self-cater?
You sure can! You can either order from our fantastic catering partners or we would be more than happy for you to source your own catering at a $4.00 per head spend.
