It is built in a way that allows workshops, meetings, content creation, photoshoots, filming, cooking demos, and intimate gatherings to be held there.
The main attraction of the place is the bright and open-plan kitchen and living area that is equipped with premium appliances and full cooking facilities. It is then that food preparation, catering, and group activities can be carried out.
The townhouse also has several smaller rooms where people can work and it has four bathrooms for comfort. It is a private, safe, and accessible place that has a bus stop in front of it and is only 300 meters away from Laburnum Train Station.

1. Respect the Space
This is a private home; please treat it with care.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
No shoes upstairs.
2. Maximum Capacity
Maximum number of guests must be agreed at the time of booking.
No unauthorized events or extra visitors without approval.
3. Noise & Neighbors
Please keep noise to a reasonable level at all times.
No loud music or disruptive behaviour.
Quiet hours: 9pm – 8am.
4. Kitchen Use
All dishes, benches and appliances must be cleaned before departure.
No strong-smelling cooking (e.g., deep frying) unless approved.
5. Cleaning & Rubbish
Basic cleaning is required: return furniture as found, rubbish in the bins provided onsite, wipe down kitchen surfaces if used.
Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
6. Security & Safety
No one is allowed on the premises before the agreed start time.
All doors and windows must be secured before leaving.
Candles, fireworks or open flames are not permitted.
7. Furniture & Décor
Please do not drag furniture; lift and place carefully.
No attaching items to walls using nails, screws or strong adhesives.
8. Filming & Photography
Allowed for approved bookings only.
Commercial filming must be disclosed in advance.
9. Pets
No pets unless previously approved.
10. Damage & Liability
Any damage, breakage or missing items must be reported immediately.
The hirer is financially responsible for all damage caused during the booking.
