The guests appreciate the versatility of being able to bring their own catering or drinks or getting help in organizing catering from nearby restaurants.
Prices
• Weekdays (Mon–Thu): $250/hour
• Weekends (Fri–Sun): $300/hour
• Includes: tables, chairs, sound system, cleaning after the event

• BYO Alcohol service: $150
• Catering coordination: from $100
• Late-night surcharge (after 12 AM): $100

• No smoking inside the hall.
• No illegal substances on the premises.
• Alcohol allowed only with the $150 BYO alcohol service fee.
• Any damage to staff, property, or equipment caused by the client or their guests will be billed to the client.
• Hall must be vacated at the agreed end time.
