1. Studio Use
• Studio is to be used for dance, rehearsals, workshops, or related activities only.
• Maximum occupancy must not exceed 120
• No drugs, or smoking inside the studio.
2. Safety & Conduct
• Proper dance shoes must be worn; street shoes are not permitted on the dance floors.
• No running, jumping, or unsafe movements that may damage the floor or mirrors.
• Do not touch the mirrors at any time.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Respect other users and keep noise levels reasonable.
3. Equipment & Facilities
• Use of studio mirrors, speakers, and other equipment is allowed with care.
• Any damage to the studio or equipment must be reported immediately and may incur a replacement/repair fee.
• Studio furniture or props must not be removed from the space without permission.
4. Cleaning & Maintenance
• All users are expected to leave the studio tidy.
• Dispose of rubbish in bins provided.
• Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas; no drinks on the dance floor.
5. Access & Security
• Studio doors must be locked when leaving if you are the last user.
• Keys or access codes must not be shared with others.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged full rental rate.
7. Liability
• Users attend at their own risk. The studio is not responsible for personal injury or loss of belongings.
• All participants must adhere to these rules for safety and smooth operation.

KOLS Dance Academy Adelaide offers a versatile studio hire at the Marden Shopping Centre Complex. Two mirrored spaces are available, catering to those in need of a professional environment for rehearsals or an artistic setting for their projects.
The larger studio is A-type for group activities like dancing, fitness, and workshops, the smaller one works wonderfully for small-group sessions, yoga, Pilates, or filming content. A PA system and mirrors are provided in both studios to maximize the functionality of the space.
