The Roe Australia dining space provides flexible seating that accommodates 80 guests who can use the space for business functions and social dining events. The space contains four small private rooms that function as breakout areas and VIP dining rooms and confidential meeting spaces together with two long tables which provide seating for 16 guests each in boardroom-style dining arrangements.
The space contains booth seating which provides smaller groups with a casual seating area that exists in the same environment. The room provides a flexible setup which allows different types of events to be held through its meeting space and private dining areas and social gathering areas which can be customized to meet specific event requirements.

**The Roe Australia – Rules of the Space**
The Roe Australia is a premium dining and event venue designed for private dining, corporate meetings, brand events, and curated hospitality experiences. All use of the space must align with the venue’s ocean-inspired and sea urchin-focused identity, operational standards, and licensing requirements.
**Capacity & Layout**
Maximum seated capacity is **80 guests**. The space includes private rooms, long-table meeting seating, and booth seating. Furniture layouts may not be altered without prior approval. Emergency exits, service access, and walkways must remain clear at all times.
**Bookings & Confirmation**
All events must be confirmed in writing. Deposits, minimum spend, and venue hire fees may apply. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least **72 hours prior** to the event and charges may be based on confirmed numbers.
**Food & Beverage**
All food and beverages must be supplied by The Roe Australia unless approved in writing. External catering and BYO alcohol are not permitted. Alcohol service is subject to responsible service of alcohol regulations.
**Private Rooms**
Private rooms are allocated based on availability. Noise levels must remain appropriate and respectful of other guests.
**Styling & Equipment**
Decor, signage, and branding must be approved in advance. No fixtures, open flames, confetti, smoke effects, or materials that may damage the venue are permitted.
**Event Planning & Suppliers**
Event planning services may be included. External suppliers must be approved and comply with venue rules and schedules.
