Located on the dynamic Bridge Street in Fortitude Valley, our Brisbane brewery is set inside the heritage-listed Trails Ice building, serving up Stone & Wood, exclusive Brisbane brews and exceptional food in an innovative, industrial space.
Our River City location boasts an 8-hectolitre brewhouse and 24 taps pouring some of the city’s most exciting beers, and for those not on the froth, we stock an amazing selection of wines, seltzers, ginger beer and Brookie’s Gin & Tonics
All these delicious drops are complimented by a kitchen run by local caterers, William Wallace Group. With mouth-watering snacks and meals flying over the counter, the Brissy brewery is the perfect place to catch up over a meal or for a special event.
For those looking to party, the Brewery offers space for events, catering for 20 to 250 guests.
