About this space

This versatile rectangular space measures 25m in length and 6.5m in width, with a capacity of 120 guests. Currently home to a bar and drinks fridge, which can be relocated if needed, the venue offers flexibility and convenience.

Equipped with Wi-Fi, a projector, a flatscreen TV, a PA system, and air conditioning, it's an ideal setting for a variety of events. This newly established venue is designed for entertaining, featuring an in-house lighting and sound system that's perfect for bands, DJs, or any impactful performance. An experienced sound and lighting engineer is available to ensure the best experience.

The main hall has a rustic charm with a brick wall on one side and a plasterboard finish on the other. Natural ventilation flows through the front and rear roller doors, keeping the space comfortable. The package includes a bar and drinks fridge, as well as two toilets for guests.

Conveniently close to Coorparoo Square, major supermarkets, and nearby drinks outlets, it’s easy to stock up on supplies for your event.
