Convenient nearby parking options include street parking, garage facilities, ride-share services, and public transportation, making it easy for guests to arrive.

This option is for those in need of space for Corporate Events for meetings, workshops, trainings, seminars, or classes.
Available 7 days a week (8am - midnight) with access to the following:

Price: $250 per hour
- Event Rates -
This option includes Community Events (e.g. networking gatherings, showcasings, non-profits etc.) and Social Events (e.g. birthdays, baby showers, engagement parties, etc.) events up to 12 hours.
It includes 1 complimentary hour each for set up and 1 complimentary hour for breakdown.
It also includes everything within the Meeting Rate package.
Community Events: $300 per hour
Social Events: $350 per hour

2. Guests will have the option to utilize street parking (Free on Sunday’s), nearby garage parking, ride-share options or public transportation to access the property.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
