This large open-plan event space features polished concrete floors, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in natural light.
The flexible layout makes it suitable for a variety of events including birthday parties, corporate events and conferences. Kitchen facilities with ovens and a refrigerator are available.
Prices
A $300 cleaning fee applies per event.
A 25% deposit is required to reserve the date.
If alcohol is served and/or the event exceeds 65 guests, a $2,000,000 General Liability Event Insurance Policy and licensed NC bartender are required.
Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning, damages, or violations of venue rules.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• No open flames, sparklers, fireworks, fog machines, or smoke machines allowed.
• Dripless candles on tables only.
• Confetti, glitter, stickers, nails, tape, command strips, or adhesives on walls or finished surfaces are not permitted.
• Guests and vendors must remove all decorations and personal items at the end of the event.
• Trash must be disposed of in designated areas.
• Outside catering and vendors are welcome.
• If alcohol is served and/or the event exceeds 65 guests, a $2,000,000 General Liability Event Insurance Policy and licensed NC bartender are required.
• Furniture and chairs must not be dragged across the floors to avoid damage.
• Damage to the venue, furniture, or equipment may result in additional charges.
• Venue must be returned in the same condition received.
• Events must end by the agreed rental end time.
• Setup and breakdown must occur within reserved rental hours unless otherwise approved.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
