Reservations and Deposits:
To secure the desired date, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required.
The remaining balance must be paid one week before the event.

Event Duration:
The hall rental covers a period of 5 hours.
Any additional time will be billed at $500 per extra hour.

Alcoholic Beverages:
It is strictly forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages from outside Casa Del Mar Restaurant.
The sale or supply of alcoholic beverages to minors is strictly prohibited.

Liability for Damages:
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the hall, furniture, equipment, or facilities during the rental period.
Any damage will be assessed and billed to the client.

Decorations and Customization:
Any additional decoration or customization of the space must be approved in advance by the management of Casa Del Mar Restaurant.
The use of materials that may damage the walls, ceilings, or floors, such as strong adhesive tapes, nails, or tacks is not allowed.

Noise Regulations:
Events must comply with local noise regulations.
Music or any other type of sound must not exceed permitted limits.

Security:
Depending on the number of attendees and the type of event, Casa Del Mar Restaurant may require the hiring of additional security services, the cost of which will be borne by the client.

Event Conclusion:
At the end of the event, the client must ensure that all guests have left the premises. Any additional time used to vacate the premises will be considered extra time and will be billed.
