Host rules

Fee includes (if applicable): set-up/break-down, tables, chairs, flip charts, projector/screen, and coffee/water service, shared spaces.

Guarantee: In order to provide for all attendees, a guaranteed count will be needed 72 hours in advance of the function. Should you be unable to provide us with a count, Ignite Business Lounge will refer to the originally discussed number and prepare accordingly. This will ensure the comfort of all in attendance.

Labor Charge: In the case on-site changes are requested, additional labor fees may be assessed.

Food & Beverage: For catered events, outside food and beverage are allowed only by a catering service with proper permitting for provision of such food services. Name and contact information for any caterer must be submitted to Ignite Business Lounge for approval.

Room Usage: For groups of more than 50 people, there may also be a $100 cleanup deposit that will be released within 48 hours, following event day, as long as there are no issues (repairs/extensive cleanup). Revisions from the original contract may necessitate a revision in room fees.

Signage and Banners: Signs and banners are permitted in the Ignite Business Lounge lobby, upon approval. However, in an effort to maintain appearances, the attachment of these items to function walls, floors, ceilings or curtains is prohibited. Should these restrictions be of concern, please discuss them with your Curator and we will work with you.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
