Host rules

There is NO SMOKING or vaping in the studio or in the courtyard. We often have guests with as well as neighbors whom have extreme sensitivities. Smoke from the courtyard makes its way under closed doors. Thank you for respecting our community.

The T.V remote is in the black bowl on the credenza beneath the T.V.

Please do not move furniture, Mirrors, etc. This is hard on our furnishings and floors.

Be gentle when opening and closing the black out shades. If you open the window at the back of the studio please close it upon completion of your rental.

Food and drink must be kept at the conference table. This is important due to the sensitive nature of equipment and keeping the studio clean.

Our building has security patrols, you may see them around the premises. For an emergency please dial 911.

The space is monitored by two security cameras. One at the front and one at the back of the studio. Do not tamper with the devices. If someone requires privacy for changing etc. there are multiple bathrooms down each hallway of the building with a hallway door key onsite for weekends and after business hours for bathroom access.

Equipment is tested and inventoried after each rental. Please be sure that all equipment and accessories are returned to their proper place to ensure we can account for them.

Please enjoy the snacks, water, and coffee while in the studio. There are numerous cafes and restaurants surrounding as well. Please, just be sure to keep all food and drink at the conference table and clean hands well to protect equipment and keep our furniture stain free.
