At Tamari, we try to share the Georgian culinary tradition with the West Coast community.
The name is Tamari derives from three sources: my daughter; my grandmother, who passed her love of cooking down to me; and Queen Tamari of the 12th century, who led Georgia to peace and prosperity. These women continue to inspire me, and it was with them in mind that I opened this restaurant.
We are family owned and operated, serving 100% authentic, Georgian food. We pride ourselves on serving only the freshest and highest quality food and wine!
